Product features

1. This product can replace all lime putty, and output of mortar increase 10%-20%, so the economic benefit is remarkable.

2. It plays a good dispersion dissolve performance in the mortar, can be mixed directly, and easy to stir well than lime putty, reduce the cost of labor.

3. Non-toxic, green environmental protection, won't produce new compounds, mainly have adsorption, scattered, decrease water, foaming functions in the mortar.

4. This product is a micro bubble improved, with good decrease water performance, make mortar more soft and higher strength.

Scope of application

Apply to all kinds of industrial and civil architecture of the bonding mortar, plastering mortar.

It is applied in making concrete hollow bricks, hollow blocks, cement products.

Construction technology

Dosage: 0.5-1.2% of cement, usually every package of cement (100 kg) mixed with 1 kg.

Since it’s less usage, requirements extend mixing time, mechanical stirring is a better.

Hand mixing: with sand, cement, efficient mortar mix well, then adding water mixing 5 minutes again.

Mechanical agitation: with sand, cement, efficient mortar mix 1 minute, then adding water mixing 3-5 minutes.

Attentions

Before plastering, wall surface should be drenched by water, plaster when it is no obvious water.

When plastering, should be take on around 95% mortar to wall at first time, and make the wall to be level off and uniform; If put more than 20 mm thickness plastering, need to hierarchical construction.

When operating, we should take the leveler up or 45 degrees up, not pull down or 45 degrees down. After operating, use wooden floater to rub, then use iron trowel knife press the surface again.
